  1. SCOPE OF APPLICABILITY

These terms of service ("Terms") create a legally binding contract between you (the website visitor or user; referred to as "you" or "your") and Red Chaperon Coaching, "our", "us," or "we," under which you are permitted to view and use any and all hosted software and applications, including but not limited to the interactive drawing application, plug-ins, modules, and other programs.

For avoidance of doubt and generality to anything contained herein,

CHAPERON ROUGE/ RED CHAPERON COACHING DOES NOT USE PUBLIC NAMES AND FIGURES FOR ADVERTISEMENT, ENDORSEMENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OR ANY OF THE OWNER'S PERSONAL PURPOSES.


2.  WHO WE ARE

We are Red Chaperon Coaching, a company registered in Florida, USA. Our company offers Spiritual/Life and business coaching services. We are also registered in Quebec, Canada as Chaperon Rouge.


Chaperon Rouge/Red Chaperon Coaching does NOT mean being in the process to start up any other kind of business at any time or under circumstances, in parallel. As a logic-made, a website is to offer products/services other parties. It is a guidance service made especially to write a business plan for ANOTHER party. The videos in the website are truly and strictly limited to show examples of services and/or product delivered by Chaperon Rouge/ Red Chaperon Coaching. If a partnership is wanted on the client's behalf or ours, legal procedures should proceed

4.  HOW WE MAY CONTACT YOU

If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.


5.  OUR BOOKING PROCESS

Our booking pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to book with us. Before you place your order with us you will see a description of the main characteristics of the service in your shopping basket. Our booking process allows you to check and amend any errors in your shopping basket before booking with us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the booking process.


6.  HOW WE WILL ACCEPT YOUR ORDER/BOOKING

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.


7.  IF WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR ORDER

If we are unable to accept your order, we will tell you. This might be because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the service.


8.  PRICE, PRICE CHARGES

a.   The price and currency for the services shall be those set forth in the [order confirmation] unless otherwise is expressly agreed between the parties in writing.

b.     All prices are exclusive of taxes, fees, custom duties and other charges, including, but not limited to, sales, use, excise, value added and similar taxes or charges imposed by any government authority.

c.      The Seller reserves the right to make alterations to pricing of service offered for reasons including, but not limited to, changes in exchange rates, changes in customs duties, taxes including taxes payable to transport, terminal or port authorities, manufacturer price changes, changing market conditions, service unavailability, and service discontinuation to the extent that any such additional costs can be attributed to the consignment in question until delivery. The sales prices of the services shall be in accordance with the Seller’s list prices in force at the time in question or in accordance with an offer made by the Seller.

 

9.     TERMS OF PAYMENT, PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES

a.      Payment terms are set according to the invoice and shall be made in ………….. no later than on the due date according to the invoice.

b.     Any Buyer approved of credit, will be offered ………. days of credit, net cash.

c.      The Buyer has no right to withhold any part of the purchase sums by reason of counterclaims of any kind or offset any counterclaims against the seller unless expressly agreed to in writing by the seller.

 

10.  COACHING MEETING

Please call/text or email us at least 24 hours in advance if there is a need to reschedule. If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, your appointment will be forfeited. On rare occasions, emergencies do occur so if this should happen please contact me at your earliest convenience and we will reschedule before the end of your billing cycle.

For over-the-phone meetings, we will determine ahead of time who will make the call on the scheduled day and time. Please do your best to keep your appointments.

We recommend you set up a coaching file also, easily accessible for our meetings.

You may choose to discontinue coaching at any time but paid fees are nonrefundable.

 

Coaching sessions expire 12 weeks after purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation – You can only cancel your appointment within 12 hours or more of the scheduled session time. Failure to do so may result in a charge of half of the scheduled session fee.

No Show – A mutual commitment to our time together is an important aspect of effective work toward your goals. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a fee charge of the full rate of the scheduled session.

Payment – All payments are due at or prior to the scheduled session time

 

11.    LIABILITY

Personal/Spiritual Coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of your life, especially in work/business development. You are free to use scriptures of CHRISTIAN, JUDAISM, AND ISLAMIC books to be guided  in you spiritual journey.  Chaperon Rouge/Red Chaperon Coaching does propose to use these books as a general spirituality activity, not to implement you a religion.
